InfraCal 2 TRANS-SP被推荐用于测定水中的油、土壤中的TPH和废水中的FOG它采用EPA413.2和418.1 传统方法或者 ASTM D7066-04标准方法,使用Freon-113四氯乙烯、AK-225、S-316或者其它红外光谱透明溶液作为萃取溶剂。因为提取物被放置于带有特氟隆塞子的10mm石英试管中,所以轻馏分物质不易挥发。检测精确可达0.1 ppm

InfraCal 2 TRANS-SP是我们最新推出的更加简单易用的设备,采用与传统的InfraCal CVH型号相同的测量技术,并且附加有数据存储和传输、多重校准和密码保护等功能。

InfraCal 分析仪即使在海上石油钻井平台这样的恶劣环境下,仍可以使用10年以上,这足见其坚固、耐用性。该分析仪的检测时间不超过15分钟,且操作简单,无需专业人员。其使用经过现场验证的红外技术,检测水中油、钻井泥浆或钻屑中的油、土壤中的TPH(总石油烃)及废水中的FOG含量(脂肪、油和油脂)。

工作原理

InfraCal TOG/TPH分析仪利用了烃类(比如油和油脂)可以通过特定溶剂和萃取方法从水或土壤中提取这一性质。提取的烃类物质可吸收特定波长的红外光,其吸收的红外光能量与溶剂中油和油脂的浓度成正比。分析仪可通过校准直接读出所需单位的读数。

How long can you wait in between sample collection and analysis?  
You can wait several days after sample collection before measuring the sample.  If the sample is not to be measured within a few hours, you MUST acidify the sample to a pH of 2 using HCl or Sulfuric Acid.

Can I measure the extract if the solvent layer looks cloudy?  
If the solvent layer of the extraction looks cloudy or contains significant emulsion, it is recommended that solvent emulsion breaking techniques are applied to the solvent layer before continuing.  Refer to the section in the manual, Appendix C, Emulsion Breaking Techniques
